Can You Get Your Student Loans Forgiven?
People who are going to be most helped in the really traditional sense by this, a lot of them are not who we think of when we think of student loan debtors. They're people who went to a for profit college or community college, dropped out, maybe weren't enrolled in a four year degree program. So they're not getting that college wage premium because they didn't finish but they still have to pay off their debt. A lot of times the amount they owe is very small.
