The DEA's mission is to enforce our country's drug laws. As I found out covering them, there's not a lot of public information about what their agents are actually doing. This was the South most notorious drug agent we've never heard of. Drug dealers feared him. Federal prosecutors loved him. But other agents told us he broke the rules. Told us he had a huge web of snitches,. that the DEA often had no clue what Chad and his team were doing. He was everywhere and nowhere.
