Can Airlines Run Like They Did Before the Pandemic?
Southwest is cooperating with an investigation by the U.S. government. The Department of Transportation is examining whether Southwest is scheduling more flights than it can actually operate. Despite a host of service problems, travelers are still taking to the skies.
