Kevin Klein Smith created a fraudulent document and submitted it to a federal court. He did not serve a single day in jail. And by the way, his law license was restored as well. It is an obvious double standard. No one can defend it. Why did Bannon get sentenced? Because the Democrats hate Steve Bannon. This is about punishing your political enemies.
