How Can Hospitals and Universities Collaborate on Data Sharing in Pandemics?

Hospitals should be able to share data with academic communities. This will help when the next pandemic happens, we'll be able to get data quickly and develop responsible models faster. But it's actually, it takes a long time, and it's a lot of work in many cases. It took several months to obtain data after the worst of the pandemic had hit the united kingdom. So if we can, as researchers and as clanitians, figure out what data is important to get to researchers and what data is important we keep private before the next pandamic then we'll be in a better place to get models to people on a faster time scale.
