The idea that you could do this, the idea was there from deon. Flashbots kind of normalize the miners rending forked code. For it to be trusted, there probably would need to be rep ation. It's very difficult to cote up correctly because if you mess it up, then the miner has lost money. And the miners are riskaverse.
