One of these Solarium Commission key recommendations that has been implemented is the establishment of the Office of the National Cyber Director. One of Chris Ingleson's jobs, National Cyber Director, is to make sure that those domains are defined within the federal government. I will be more careful to refer to it as collaboration in the future rather than ownership. You know, sometimes it's collaboration across missions,. It's a clarity of definition of who's responsible for what and when their shared responsibilities work together.
