In general, most founders tend to be focused almost entirely on organic growth. Mergers nek tion is seen as expensive and potentially not something that's very fun. And then to start doing acquisitions can sometimes throw ontrapeneurs out of their comfort zone. But when it works well, it's a wonderful thing to see. Of course, like anything else in life, when it goes bad, it goes horribly bad.
