Do You Provide Managed Services for Threats and Incident Response?

Do you provide that as a service or do you coach your customers on best practices? Do you just give them the report and then they've got to figure things out? So very good question and the real business challenge that I think we've had throughout the years. Right now mostly everything flows fully automated. We don't have a lot of human hands on keyboards dealing with the intelligence right now. For a lot of clients it's not necessarily needed.
