When people do breath work, they also are likely to make healthier decisions with their diet and just anything. They're less likely to produce, pursue substances. And then of course, your mind is not driven by appetite to compensate for a loss in mood. So if you have a good equilibrium and you're feeling a live miss inside, you're not seeking out those other things to compensate. That's it. Beautiful. But in principle, I say, let food be food. that's it.
