There is a range of claims about when this will peak. Beijing central authorities say it's already peaked. And some other organizations forecast that this will peak later in 2023. If mitigation measures had been used, then mid-February maybe would have been a target for the peak. But what's actually happened, I would say likely early January, the nation wide peak in infections.
