The Shok Clock, the Regulatory Sandbox?

Shok clock has worked pretty traditionally within tel communications and broad band employment. The other so shot clock a limitation iswas one of the ideas, the regulatory sand box. There's a whole bunch of more theoretical things that we could probably do. I'm a little bit less convinced of those sorts of ideas, but the shok clock, some sort of limitation.
