How to Build Relationships in a Doo?

Most dows that i'm part of don't actually have work for new people to do. It would be really interesting for a doo to experiment with making enough container for people who currently they don't have things for them to take on. I think the next ederation of jota is going to be really fun, because anyone will be able to set up these races so they can use it for governance in making governancs decisions. And like daws, we'll be able to pay them out for for doing this as well, and for building that relationship.
