There is some weirdness in the data which a few have picked up on. I would also warn that the data on the residential property space remains pretty sort of precarious. That's still something we shouldn't underestimate, even if the reopening does seem to have preceded without major mishaps so far. But remember, the thing here is that the Chinese authorities have been trying to deflate a property bubble. It's really hard to ever stay out big this bubble and how precarious the policy type is more look for those interested just as an aside.
