Mentorship is really important at every level. You can have near peer mentors and super connectors that will help you with opportunities later down the line. Nobody knows which path they're going to choose. And if I chose the path that I was going to go with at 18, I'd probably be more unhappy. But I think it's great to have an extensive network and have people, again, you can learn and grow with marvelous.
