Why You Shouldn't Drink Coffee

An average cup of coffee has 150 milligrams of caffeine in it. Caffeine is actually a defense chemical that the plant puts there. A quarter of that is still in your body when you go to sleep 12 hours later. This affects the physiology of your brain to initiate sleep and help you to sleep stages.
