Is 15 Sets Per Week a Good Number Per Muscle Group?

Am, we started to see a bit of a tapering effect in am hypertrophe. And part of that, i think, is due to the dy populations as well. If we were to look at trained athletes, like profess at the professional level, they probably have a slightly r tolerance for high volume training. But if your yo are training very frequently and you've developed lots of muscle masses, there's going to be a greate stimulus required to elicit the same adaptation. Am sorry if i miss this, because zoom went alitl bit wonky on me. What's the tie? So ten per ten per week, yet, weekly a week.
