Replicating a Process With RPA?

When we look at a process that we want to automate with r p a, we say, ok, let's watch the human do it. So go double click on crome, launch that, click in the rl line and send key in w w dot s in n dot com or service now enter. That's exactly how an r p a solution at the most basic can be achieved. The real key is making sure that it is still achieving something that the human as and that if the r p a tool goes away, a human can still achieve it.
