China has had a pretty substantial currency interventions to continue to run trade surpluses. There's also just how the financial system is set up. Are you encouraging more patient, long-term capital? I think that's particularly critical in the memory area. In Taiwan, they do have these state policy banks that have been willing to support investments in the industry.
