Is There a Modular Model of the Attractor Model?

Nemodulators are a way of sculpturing the space of larger scale attractors, going beyond the level of the individual. So it's kind of a slower time scale, you know, larger scale thing. But so if you were to represent that, presumably, just like we have kind of mcullic pits and beyond, neual nets to represent the individual nurons with their neurer transmitters,. Presumably there is a similar model of what happens at the level of neuro modulators. Is that? Is that true? And is it? Is it the same kind of mode? Is a different kind of model?
