If there was a real penalty for that, i think people would. They would have to truly trust their kids and understand at a deep level that they were going to be responsible gunn ers. That's such a distopian nightmare. It is not practical. Yes, it'sa not good solutions. I understand why parents would want to pay exorbitant amounts for their kid safety. If i were in a random suburb that had had shooting yet? And they were like, you want to do the bunker thing, and we're going to take the taxes out of something you care less about? Em so, but if i were parent, i would want that k you pay local taxes
