Building a Balanced Relationship With Healthcare

How do we build relationships, identify those people? I think part of it is there's a very small hander of people who are listening to working healthcare. How do we start building those sort of relationships and explaining stuff? You know, we talk about how an ambulance works. They assume they're phoneless, we turn up and take the hospital. And we only take 55% of people in the hospital. We make money out of our relationship indirectly. But how do we make sure it's a balanced relationship? Is this sort of key question, I guess? Yeah, as I guess a tricky one.
