The Coach and the Athlete Relationships
A high openness is synonymous with intelligence, a need for cognition. And you just wonder, if some players lay quite high on that scale, that might influence what they prefer in training. For others who would score low on that low unopenness an age like basic activities, there's not much choice going on. From an individual standpoint, then t toes this open a doorway, perhaps, for coaches to be more autonomy supportive and consider needs of the players by asking them.
