I've Had Managers Who Have Suck It Up a Little Bit

Yes there is a really hard line to walk I mean I can't speak for your team but I personally have really appreciated it when my manager is like really honest and you know almost to the like I'd prefer them to overshare than undershare. Sometimes those moments actually connect us better because then I'm relieved I'm like oh we are on the same page or like you know oh you are feeling the struggle too it's not just me so that brings us closer together.
