I think it's a really positive first step. It recognises that one of the conditions for a defrosting of relationship, I'm not going to call it rejoin. And then you move on to the two sort of longer term conditions which are a rebuilding of trust and a very stable public opinion in favour of rejoin. So we're talking about a process of building blocks. But I think this is a really positive step because not least of all because it contains the implicit recognition that the government knows it's probably not going to be the next government. That's what they're acknowledging by inviting labour into the tent and saying, what do you think we should do?"
