The Issue With Data Accessibility in Open Source Data

There are some companies that already provide quite a big set of open event data. It's still very hard to get tracking data because I'm not pretty sure if you can actually scrape it. Just because the website is publicly available and you can hit it with some kind of scraping tool, that doesn't mean you legally can do stuff with the data.
