The Rhetorical Polarization of the United States
The 1st of July in Florida is the date when a new law will come into effect. The kind of medical treatment, education you get and all the social services that you get are fundamentally and culturally different state-by-state. I don't know that it's necessarily as simple as saying state-by.-state they're different. It just depends on who the governor is and his or her appetite to put into law the things that they want to run a moral crusade on.
