The Liturgy Hours
The church has basically given us a structure where we read God's Word. So we let God speak to us, and then we speak back to him. And this is the flow of the office of readings, of morning prayer, of daytime prayer, of evening prayer, and of night prayer. The Liturgy of the Hours is so devised, it says in 1174, that the whole course of the day and night is made holy by the praise of God.
