Jeremy Hunt's Chancellor

Jeremy Hunter has apparently reached out to all three candidates. Only Penny Moredon won't have a meeting with him and she guaranteed that he would be Chancellor if she won. I just don't see who this new Chancellor would be if it isn't Jeremy Hunt. There's not an obvious Chancellor in waiting unless Richie soon act genuinely is going to be first Lord of the Treasury and does the job himself.
