The Importance of Being Entrepreneurial

As a large firm, you want firms or advisors who are more specialized and focused. But because I know for some advisors is something in the effect of, well, if I specialize, then I'm going to lose my opportunities to sell or exit from this business in the future. So I think where we stand today, we I would say that it's really it's a cool thing for us to say that we actually enjoy someone who has a niche. And me personally, I'll just show us with a partner here like I like the concept. We as a firm, we do love that.
