I don't think there is a central script that's given by the ruler of the New World Order sitting at the head of the 13 person table, giving everyone their script and you must read the script. I don't think that's how this works. Who ultimately controls the development of plans is the financiers, as always, as ever. And the people who are financing one side or another get essentially to control who is winning in whatever stage of whatever economic slash geopolitical conflict is taking place.
