Great management and listening to your customers are the very same things that make great businesses fail. If you just keep on doing what you've always done, then people are going to be able to see what you're doing and disrupt your business. The innovators dilemma thing wasn't working for Google or Apple. You also read Michael Lewis's book, The Undoing Project. What did you like about that book? I don't remember.
