How to Overcome the Status Quo
I think our conferences tend to be a little bit of an extension of this space where we haven't made it, right? Because that's the status quo. And if you want to build more diverse and inclusive spaces, you have to not just stop walking along with it. You have to walk fast enough to overcome the people mover. We will always be trying to get more diverse to include more different backgrounds. It's an infinite battle. So we'll never be a point at which we're like yep, we got enough diversity here.
