What's Happening in the Ocean Under Europa?

There's no oxygen or sunlight in the ocean under europa. If anything is going on down there, it could be sterile for all we know. Life that figured out some other chemical reaction that doesn't ire oxygen can either make oxygen or make energy without it. The other possibility is that somehow oxygen is getting down into that water.
