How to Build Habits
I think that building new habits is hard. And when you are trying out new techniques, it takes a lot of effort and thought. But hopefully, if you deliberately do that for an extended period of time, it will become part of your habit or skill set. So I think that it's important to be flexible and have a toolkit of different techniques. You cannot change everything at once, but you can keep building your capability and adding on new habits and new skills slowly.
