Energy Security Risks

The whole of what you would call like mid transition infrastructure seems to be at risk, right? We're going to have to pay more to have people keep things online at lower than total capacity. And we don't know whether that's going to require government intervention or changes in prices and markets. But it does seem like there's real energy security risks that this last year kind of can clue us into over the next couple of decades.
