If you haven't done it as a team before, the first time there's a nervous energy. Make sure that the first example that is shared is a really good, meedy example of hard-to-hear feedback. And then if people tend to open up and start to perform it themselves, i suggest people don't mandate everyone do it. I itsens to be my experience that everyone ends ut wanting to do it.
