How Important Music Is to Your Church?

At saddle back, we are the most diverse church in north america. We speak a hundred and 68 languages on our campus. Most of my pastors aren't white; I have 20 black staff as ministers. But i've got 96 languages in our church while i've just one kind of Spanic - e.g., latin or indian. If you decide the style of your music, you're determining who you're going to reach and who you'll never reach. Far more people will listen to your sermon from different backgrounds.
