The Impact of the State Overreach on Free Speech

I think at the Supreme Court we kind of know what will happen. One judge who won't work on is Don Willitt. And I just can't tell you what the other two will do. It's tough to not lose faith that there are judges out there who will look at an issue dispassionately on both sides.
