The Importance of Trans-Ratles in Chronic Total Occlusions

If a patient has chronic total occlusion, my preference is to try to stent that. But just the re-occlusion rates just too high, I think. So if you got a stenosis, I think it's again, fair game,. You can hit the tibials, trans-radio no problem. Trans-ratles, good option. Patients that had end-order rectumies, super common common femoral end- order rectumies and they have stenosis there too. And so we got dealing with a huge panis, you know, fungal infections in the groin and things like that.
