If you turn that into the context of whether or not a DEX can allow a token to trade based on whether or not that token's a security is right now a very subjective test established by the Supreme Court over 80 years ago. Turning that test into an objective one would be very difficult and it wouldn't allow for any nuances Brian was just saying. And so it's really, really difficult to imagine ourselves in a world where you can regulate based on objective tests that never need to change. Yeah. Great answer. Okay. Then what do you make of the argument about code as free speech and where does that play into all of this? Like how does that sort of play out here?
