The Importance of Acoustic Treatment in a Room

No matter what microphone you have if your room sounds like shit unfortunately you're gonna hear it in the microphone and that's kind of a big deal. If you don't actually know what's happening in your room then you don't really know what you're recording half the time. The better the mic is unfortunately the more detail you're gonna pick up that's going on in the room so make sure to try to do as much acoustic treatment as possible.
