Are You Over Responsible?

Sometimes people are over responsible, not necessarily because anything terrible per se happened in their childhood. But that they just learned to take on a lot to always be worrying about everybody else's needs and all the rest. It is really nice to be conscientious and thoughtful but it becomes a problem when we don't know what we think or feel.
