Industrial Disruption
Industrial disputes are not convenient for anyone. Members lose their wages and the public or service user gets disrupted. We try to minimize that as much as we can, while still having an effective dispute. There's no point in having a strike and nobody knows anything about it. You're not going to get any result at all. And I said that we over the year have modified some of our actions due to events such as the Queen's passing away. Poppy Day, we were prevailed upon by the Royal British Legion to not disrupt one of their key fundraising days,. And we were asked to suspend strike action in order to facilitate negotiations. The dates we picked deliberately do not target the peak day
