So obviously, ou to do column is where you put all your post its that have literally everything on ther that you need to do. And then i also put on an extra column for a er. Why i calld it the shelf, but i'll explain that in a second. So with the much bigger ones, like finish the book, you're then encouraged to break them down into tasks that are sort ofof equal chunks as the other ones so finish the book might become finish er the first at and then you have to sill, make it smaller.
