The Benefits of Reporting Resistant Antimicrobials
Rommy: I've never thought about reporting resistant no matter what, because that's excellent. A physician isn't going to choose an R, an R resistant antimicrobial to treat that but it is really beneficial for us to see without calling. It's important to remember too, that you can always call the lab and ask for the other drugs on the panel or ask what was run.
