Napoleon's not a barbarian, right? It's not like he's Jengus Khan of the popular imagination to be fair. He left behind a legacy of the deeds that he did and in some sense sort of reshaped the face of Europe through action. So that's, you know, again, it's great man worship but I'm trying to get you into the headspace of what Goethe was talking about and what Nietzsche saw in that.
