The Debt Bubble Continues to Grow in China
The cost of a financial crisis, i think, is lower than it was several years ago. I don't think there is a high probability of that happening. The more you saddle households and businesses with debt, the more each dollar or remimbe of revenue they get will be used to repay debt. So we are in a situation where the debt bubble continues to grow. This is one of the structural issues that is weighing on chinese growth.
