Co-creation is enabling a customer to participate in your process. It's really about ensuring that you are not missing trends or not missing elements that your customer might be able to bring to the table. I'd love to share this story of when we were creating a product at Amazon, Amazon Web Services. We were really co-creating the requirements. All those people stood up because it wasn't just my team. That was one of our biggest successes.
