What About You for You It's Walking?
I do a sauna a lot. That's been a newer development for me and that has helped a lot because it's relieves stress while it energizes if that makes sense. Lots of walks lots of movement going to bed early that is something I really I've kind of always been an early person but like during the pandemic I have literally to kind of like been in line with the circadian rhythms as much as possible. And then journaling when he needs to and lots of learning, since I'm not in school. I make life my school first of all every day."
